1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MakeBestie, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the MakeBestie Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Host onboarding, creator profile management and withdrawals for eligible participants.

We may add, remove, restrict or update features at any time. Availability may vary by country, platform, account status, internet conditions or payment provider support.

5. Coins, Gifts, VIP and Payments

• Coins, gifts, VIP plans and premium features are digital service items within MakeBestie.
• Prices, plans, exchange values, validity periods and feature access may change over time.
• Purchases may be processed by third-party payment gateways or platform billing systems.
• You authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions you choose to make.
• Except where required by law or platform policy, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Virtual items are not bank accounts, are not transferable and do not represent stored monetary value.

6. Host Onboarding, Creator Duties and Withdrawals

• Host or creator participation may require profile review, media submission and identity-related verification.
• You must submit truthful information and only use content you have the right to upload.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to eligibility checks, admin review, minimum thresholds and fraud review.
• Submitting a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval or immediate payout.
• We may ask for updated payout or verification details before processing a creator payout.

7. User Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, stalk or abuse other users.
• Share unlawful, obscene, infringing, violent or deceptive content.
• Use MakeBestie for fraud, spam, impersonation, money laundering or unauthorized solicitation.
• Attempt to bypass pricing, billing, moderation, account limits or technical protections.
• Upload content involving minors, non-consensual content or any prohibited exploitative material.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt or interfere with the service or its networks.

8. Moderation, Blocking and Termination

We may monitor service-level signals, review reports, block unsafe activity, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, users, hosts, creators, payment systems or our legal obligations.

9. Third-Party Services

MakeBestie relies on third-party infrastructure for authentication, notifications, calling, payments and platform billing. We are not responsible for independent acts or policies of third-party providers, including app stores, payment gateways, network carriers or external login services.

10. Intellectual Property

The MakeBestie name, website, app design, interfaces, graphics, text, software and service features are owned by or licensed to MakeBestie and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, sublicense or exploit the service except as expressly allowed.

11. User Content

You retain responsibility for content you upload or transmit, including profile media, chat content, voice notes, live content and host submissions. By using the service, you grant MakeBestie the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display and transmit that content to operate the platform.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MakeBestie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect matching quality, continuous availability of hosts, error-free operation, user compatibility or the behavior of other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeBestie and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, reputation or business arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions or change platform features, rates, plans, payment methods and eligibility criteria over time. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to MakeBestie.
